What makes Be Rewarded different from other catalogs?

Be Rewarded isn’t a single vendor—it’s a unified redemption hub that connects multiple catalogs, including Amazon, the Terryberry Store, SWAG, and Premium Redemption. Each customer’s setup reflects their chosen vendors and permissions.

Can I redeem awards from Be Recognized directly in Be Rewarded?

Yes. When Recognition includes redeemable points or a milestone award, selecting Redeem in Be Recognized automatically opens Be Rewarded. You’ll see your available balance and can complete redemption without re-login.

Why do I see zero points in Be Rewarded?

If your available points show as zero, it could mean:

  • Your latest recognition hasn’t been processed yet.
  • You’ve redeemed all available points.
  • Your program includes milestone awards instead of point-based awards.

Why can’t I see Amazon or SWAG as catalog options?

Catalogs like Amazon, SWAG, or Premium Redemption only appear when they’re enabled for your organization. Each catalog is configured based on program design and region availability.

How do I know if my order was successful?

A confirmation message appears immediately after checkout, and your order will display in the Orders widget on the left sidebar. You can also view detailed order history in your account.

Where can I find digital gift cards?

Digital gift cards appear as a category within the Terryberry Store or RUNA catalog. Delivery is by email, typically within minutes but may take longer depending on program design.
