How to Export Data in Be Rewarded
You can download data, such as redemption or even order fulfillment stats to present or analyse patterns.
Exporting Order Data
The Orders table can be exported directly to Excel or CSV for further analysis or integration with HR reporting systems.
To export:
- Click the Download Excel button.
- The file downloads instantly using the current column configuration.
- Open the report to view, filter, or merge it with internal records.
This export reflects exactly what appears on-screen, including only the selected fields and filtered results.
Use Case
- Admins can use this data to monitor redemption patterns, track fulfilment timelines, or verify point deductions for specific awards.
- The report provides transparency between recognition events and redemption activity, making it a valuable tool for compliance and reporting.
