Where to Redeem Digital Gift Cards
These are powered by RUNA, Terryberry’s digital gift card provider, and are delivered instantly by email after redemption.
Accessing the RUNA Catalog
Within the Be Rewarded homepage, RUNA gift cards appear as a category alongside other vendors such as Amazon or Terryberry Store.
Users can browse available gift cards by selecting the RUNA category tile within the Featured Departments section.
The RUNA catalog includes over 400 brands and organizations, offering approximately 440 gift card options.
All RUNA gift cards are digital only and delivered directly to the user’s registered email address.
Delivery and Access
- Gift cards are typically delivered by email after a successful order is placed.
- The delivery email is sent by RUNA (runa.io).
- The gift card email includes a “Redeem” button that directs the user to RUNA’s platform, where they can access and activate their gift card.
Important:
- Users should whitelist the domain runa.io in their email settings to prevent delivery issues.
- If the gift card email isn’t received, check the Junk or Spam folder before contacting support.

- Delivery Email
The user receives a RUNA email with a customised layout that includes an image and a message box.
Clicking “Redeem” opens the RUNA gift card platform. - View Gift Card Details
On the RUNA page, the user can view the full gift card, brand details, terms, and conditions.
Selecting “Reveal Card Details” displays a pop-up with the activation information. - Redeem or Use Gift Card
The user then clicks “I’m Ready to Spend”, which reveals the 12-digit reward code and redemption options:
- Copy and Save the code for use directly with the retailer.
- Spend Online – redirects the user to the retailer’s website for immediate redemption.
Print Gift Card – generates a printable version for in-store use.
