How do I find pending nominations?
Go to the Approval Queue in the sidebar. You can approve, decline, boost points, or add comments.
Can I filter the recognition feed?
Yes. Apply filters by company, following, or location. You can also set default views.
What do the dashboard colors mean?
Green means above company average, yellow means at average, and red means below average.
How do I know who hasn’t been recognized recently?
Use Recognition Reminders. You’ll see the last recognition date and can send recognition directly.
Can I celebrate upcoming birthdays and milestones from the dashboard?
Yes. You can send eCards or add notes to anniversary cards directly from the Upcoming section.
What’s the Engagement Leaderboard?
It ranks employees by recognition or points activity, helping you see who’s most engaged and who may need encouragement.
How do reports work for managers?
Reports adjust by view—direct reports, indirect reports, combined, or all managers—to give the right level of insight.
