Categories of Users in Be Heard

Roles in Be Heard define who can create surveys, who can view results, and how data remains secure. Survey access is managed through a permission-based system.

Two primary roles provide visibility into survey data, with the option to configure custom permissions for broader access. The standard roles are:

  • Survey Admin
  • Survey Manager

Without one of these roles or a custom role assigned, survey results remain hidden. This protects participant privacy and ensures feedback is only accessible to the right people. Your role determines not just what you can see, but also what you’re responsible for.
