FAQ About Be Rewarded Dashboard
Who can access the Orders report?
Only Super Users or HR Admins with access to the Admin Toolbox can view and export order reports. Standard employees and managers do not have visibility into other users’ transactions.
Where do I find the Orders report?
Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner of Be Recognized or Be Rewarded.
From the Admin Toolbox, go to Reporting → Orders to open the report dashboard.
Can I customize which columns I see?
Yes. The Manage Columns control allows admins to choose which fields appear in the table. Selecting Default shows the most common columns; Select All displays every available field. Any column you deselect will be excluded from the downloaded file.
What if a column I need isn’t in my export?
You must enable it first in Manage Columns before downloading. Hidden fields are not included in exports.
Can I verify if points were deducted correctly?
Yes. The report includes point totals for every redemption. Cross-reference these with your Be Recognized award logs to confirm correct deductions and reconciliation.
What file format should I use for reporting to Finance?
Both Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats are supported. CSV is recommended for data imports into HRIS or finance systems, while Excel is better for manual reviews and formatting.
What if I can’t see any orders?
If your table is blank, either no orders exist in your scope or your role doesn’t include report permissions. Confirm your admin access with your program owner.
