Categories of Users in Be Rewarded

Be Rewarded includes different user types with varying levels of access and permissions. Understanding these categories helps you navigate what actions you can take within the platform and who to contact for specific requests or approvals.

Be Rewarded permissions align closely with Be Recognized, but with added access for those managing redemption and reporting. Every user can view and redeem their own rewards, while Super Users (such as HR Admins) can monitor overall activity for program oversight and compliance.

End Users

Employees are the primary end users of Be Rewarded. They receive recognition and milestone awards in Be Recognized, then use Be Rewarded to redeem points for products, gift cards, or experiences. They can view their current balance, browse available catalogs, and check their personal order history at any time.

Super Users

Super Users have full administrative access within Be Rewarded. They oversee the reward program and maintain visibility across all users. They can access order reports, track redemption activity, and export data for internal use. Their role ensures the program runs smoothly and that recognition translates properly into rewards.

Finance Users

Finance users typically don’t access Be Rewarded directly but receive exported reports from Super Users. These reports allow them to audit transactions, track spending, and align recognition costs with financial records.
