Q: Why can’t I view survey results even though I’m a manager?
A: Only SurveyAdmins and SurveyManagers have report access. If you’re assigned as a standard User, you won’t see survey results.
Q: I changed someone’s role, but they still can’t access features. Why?
A: Role changes may take a few minutes to update. Confirm the right permissions are applied in User Management.
Q: What’s the difference between SurveyAdmin and SurveyManager?
A: SurveyAdmins manage surveys across the organization. SurveyManagers only see their direct team’s results.
