FAQ About Getting Started with Be Rewarded
How do I access Be Rewarded for the first time?
Be Rewarded is accessed through Be Recognized. From your Recognition Wall, click the Recognition tab or Merchandise link on the left sidebar to open Be Rewarded. If it’s your first visit, your account will sync automatically with your recognition profile.
Why can’t I see certain catalogs like SWAG or Premium Redemption?
Catalog visibility is determined by your organization’s configuration. Some programs include all catalogs (Amazon, Terryberry Store, SWAG, Premium Redemption, or RUNA Gift Cards), while others only display selected options. If you don’t see one, it means it’s not activated for your site.
Can I use both points and milestone awards in Be Rewarded?
Yes. The dropdown beside your search bar shows whether you’re shopping with points or redeeming a service or milestone award (e.g., “20 Years of Service”). The catalog adjusts automatically to show rewards eligible under that balance type.
Why don’t I see my most recent award or points?
Your new recognition may still be processing. It typically appears in Be Rewarded within a few minutes after being awarded in Be Recognized. Refresh the page to confirm.
Can I order multiple items at once?
Yes. Add multiple items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. The system automatically deducts the total number of points once your order is confirmed.
How will I receive digital rewards?
Digital rewards, such as RUNA gift cards, are delivered via email within minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam or junk folder and whitelist runa.io to prevent filtering issues.
Can I track my order after checkout?
Yes. Order details appear in the Orders widget on your Recognition sidebar within minutes of submission. For full tracking and delivery updates, open View All Orders to see the latest status.
Do my favorites carry over between catalogs?
No. Favorites are saved per catalog. For example, if you save an item in the Amazon catalog, it won’t appear in your Terryberry Store or SWAG favorites.
What if I don’t have enough points for an item I want?
You can save the item to your wishlist using the heart icon. Your wishlist will track your progress as you earn more points toward that reward.
What if my order fails or a product becomes unavailable?
Unavailable products appear dimmed or labelled 'Unavailable'. If an item becomes unavailable after it’s in your cart, it will be removed automatically during checkout. You can contact your program administrator for assistance if needed.
