How do I ask a question about Reloadable Cards?

Our Reloadable Cards service is provided by, and in partnership with  Blackhawk. How do I ask a question about Digital Gift Cards?

Our Digital Gift Cards service is managed by Blackhawk. If your question is regarding a Digital Gift Card that hasn't been received, we'd advise to allow up to 12 hours to receive your gift on weekdays and up to 48 hours on weekends as some purchases are subject to extra checks. If your gift hasn't been received after this time or for any queries and assistance regarding Digital Gift Cards, please contact queries@myvoucherstore.com. Please note, this email address is for Digital Gift Card enquiries only, purchases cannot be made via email.

My Discount Card wasn't accepted, what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that. In the first instance, we would always advise to check the Terms and Conditions of Discount Card offers as some Discount Card offers require an additional code, card or voucher to be presented alongside your Discount Card. If your Discount Card hasn't been accepted at a participating retailer in line with their Terms and Conditions, please contact customersupportuk@terryberry.com with the name of the retailer, the branch you visited and the date of your visit. We'll then look into this further to ensure the offer is recommunicated.

How do I raise a product or retailer complaint?

Your rights and obligations are the same as prevailing statutory consumer regulation. If you have a problem or complaint about a product, retailer or service, you need to contact the retailer directly in the first instance. My discount code isn't working.

We are sorry to hear that. There are some common reasons which could be causing this, such as; - The discount code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed on our offer page(s). If you entered the code incorrectly by even a single character, it will not work. - Some codes can't be copied from our site and then pasted on the retailer's site; they must be typed manually. After entering the code, you may need to click to 'Confirm' or 'Apply' the code. - The discount code may only apply to one or certain products or offers; it's always advisable to check the offer T&C's.
