Skin Settings
Skin Settings allow you to customize the look and feel of your Terryberry platform. You can adjust colors, upload logos, and update banners to match your company’s branding.
Steps to Update Skin Settings:
- Click the Admin Gear in the top-right corner.
- On the left-hand menu, select Settings.
- Click Skin Settings.
- Review the available fields, such as:
Name filter field with a filter icon. You can search for a specific setting.
Table columns: Name | Description | Custom Value | Last Modified | Default Value | Actions.
Setting types include:
- AccentColor – Adjust the accent color (hex code).
- PrimaryColor / WarnColor – Set your primary and warning colors.
- CompanyLogo – Upload a full-color logo for light backgrounds.
- CompanyLogoSecondary – Upload a logo for dark backgrounds.
- EmailBanner / SiteBanner / LoginImage – Add custom images for login or communication.
- Wall Post Icons – Set icons for announcements, birthdays, or eCards.
Add New Setting
- If the customization you need is not already listed, you can create it manually.
- Click Add New Setting (top-left of the Skin Settings page).
- A modal opens with two steps:
- Step 1 – Select New Setting: Use the dropdown to choose which element you want to configure. The list includes options such as:
- AccentColor
- AnnouncementWallpostIcon
- BirthdayWallPostIcon
- CompanyLogo
- CompanyLogoSecondary
- (More may appear depending on your environment.)
- Step 2 – Setup New Setting: After selecting, you’ll define the Custom Value (e.g., color hex code, image URL, or file upload, depending on the field type).
- Step 1 – Select New Setting: Use the dropdown to choose which element you want to configure. The list includes options such as:
- Save your changes. The new setting will then appear in the main Skin Settings table, where you can edit or delete it later.
- Use the pencil icon to edit any setting. Upload images where required, or replace hex values for colors.
- Once saved, your updates apply immediately across the site.
