Where to Find Your Orders

After placing an order through Be Rewarded, users can track their redemption activity and view full order details directly from the Recognition interface. Orders appear automatically within a few minutes of submission.

There are three ways to view your orders:

Orders Widget (Left Sidebar)

On the Recognition homepage, scroll down the left-hand sidebar below the Points and Awards widgets.
Here, you’ll find an Orders widget listing all recent redemptions in chronological order—the most recent at the top.

Each entry displays:

  • Order Number
  • Order Date
  • Status (e.g., ProcessingShippedDelivered)
  • Shipping Address
  • Payment Method (points or reward level)
  • Total Points Redeemed
  • Product Details (including item options such as color or size)

Selecting any order from this widget opens its detailed view, where you can see a complete summary of that transaction.

Full Order History

At the bottom of the widget area, select View All Orders to open your complete order history in table format.

Order Visibility Timing

Once an order is submitted, it appears in the Orders widget within a few minutes.
From there, users can monitor the status as it moves through stages such as PendingProcessingShipped, or Delivered, depending on item type and fulfilment method.
