My Dashboard - Be Well

The Be Well landing page

Your dashboard is your personal home base in Be Well. It brings together your daily progress, badges, activity history, journal entries, challenges, and social connections in one place, so you can track how you're doing and stay engaged with your program. This page walks through each area of the dashboard so you know where to find things and what they mean.

To open My Dashboard, select the Home icon in the top navigation bar.

The top bar

Two quick actions sit at the top right of your dashboard:

Connect Device links a wearable or app, such as Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Health, so your activity syncs automatically. You must connect devices through the mobile app. See Connecting Devices & Apps for the full process.

Add New Entry lets you log activity by hand, including steps, activities, wellness metrics, journal notes, and photos. What you can log depends on the metrics your program tracks. See Making a Step or Wellness Entry for details.

Your profile card

The profile card on the left shows your photo, name, and a link to View Public Profile, the version of your profile other participants can see. It also displays your Member Since date and your Last Visit.

Below this, My Badges shows a count of the badges you've earned and a preview of your most recent ones. Select View All to see your full badge collection. Badges reward progress and engagement. Step Badges for step-based goals and streaks, and Social Badges for social actions like uploading a photo. See Badges & Milestones to learn how they're earned.

Today's Progress

This panel shows your step count for the current day against your daily step goal. The figure includes converted activities, so any non-step activity you've logged and converted counts toward the total.

Select Update your step goal to adjust your daily target.

Be Well Assessment

If your program includes the wellness assessment, this panel prompts you to keep your responses current so your wellness plan reflects your needs. Select Retake Assessment to update your answers.

Note: The assessment appears only if your program has it enabled.

Challenges

The Challenges panel lists the challenges you've joined, along with their date ranges. Featured challenges are highlighted at the top. Select View All to see every challenge available to you, or select any challenge to open its page and view the leaderboard. See Joining a Challenge to get started.

My Progress Chart

This chart plots your progress over time so you can spot trends. Use the Category dropdown to choose what's plotted (for example, Steps & Activities) and the Time Frame dropdown to switch the range (for example, Week). Your daily step goal appears as a reference line across the chart.

Tip: Once you've built up a few days of data, this chart is the quickest way to see how you're trending against your goal.

My Journal Entries

Your journal is a running record of your daily entries. Each entry shows the date, your steps, activities, and miles, and any photo or note you added. Use the Posts with photos toggle to filter to entries that include an image, and select comment on any entry to engage.

Entries can be public or private; the counter shows how many public entries you have. See Making a Step or Wellness Entry to learn how to add notes and photos to an entry.

Activity Overview

This panel totals your activity across your history: Steps, Activities, Miles, Daily Average Steps, and Entries. It's a running snapshot of your overall participation rather than a single day.

My Friends and My Team

My Friends shows the participants you're connected with and a Discover New Friends option to find more. Following friends lets you see their activity and cheer them on. See Adding Friends & Commenting for how connections work.

My Team shows your team, its member count, and a Steps & Activities summary (Today, Average, Total), with View Details for the full team view. See Creating & Managing a Team for more.
