Q: Why don’t I see all the options in the sidebar?
A: Sidebar visibility depends on your role. Employees see fewer options than Survey Admins or Survey Managers.
Q: How are Survey Tags used?
A: Tags can be used to label surveys with similar use cases, so results can be tracked consistently over time. Apply them during setup for trend analysis.
Q: What is the Engagement Score?
A: It converts survey averages into a −100 to 100 scale, so you can compare results across surveys with eNPS.
