Where to Check Available Points Balance
Users can view their available points directly from both the Recognition left sidebar and the Be Rewarded interface. These balances determine what rewards they can redeem and, where applicable, the number of points they can distribute to others.
There are two ways to check yout available points balance:
Recognition Left Sidebar
On the left-hand side of the Recognition homepage, a Points widget displays two key balances:
- Points to Spend – Total points available for redeeming rewards through Be Rewarded.
- Points to Give – Points that can be awarded to colleagues (available only if your organization supports peer-to-peer recognition).
Note: Each value updates automatically as points are earned, given, or redeemed.
Be Rewarded Header
When you open Be Rewarded from the Recognition tab, your current balance also appears in the top-right corner of the page.
- You’ll see a dropdown labelled Shopping with [X Points] (for example, Shopping with 500 Points).
- This setting filters visible catalog items to those within your available point range, making it easier to browse affordable rewards.
