SWAG Catalog
This catalog functions as one of several available redemption sources, alongside catalogs such as Amazon, Terryberry Store, and Premium Redemption.
Catalog Structure
The SWAG Catalog contains branded merchandise and recognition items curated for the customer’s organization.
This may include apparel, accessories, or other branded items provided as part of the recognition experience.
The catalog follows the same interface logic as other vendor catalogs:
- Featured categories or collections.
- Product tiles with images, point values, and descriptions.
- Pagination for browsing multiple pages.
Redemption Process
Redeeming an item from the SWAG Catalog follows the standard Be Rewarded flow:
- Select an item from the catalog.
- Review product details and confirm the required points.
- Click Add to Cart or Redeem with [X Points].
- Proceed through checkout to finalize the redemption.
Points are deducted instantly after confirmation.
Delivery timelines and fulfillment are determined by the customer’s internal or approved fulfillment partner.
Integration with Other Catalogs
When enabled, SWAG appears as part of the same unified redemption experience.
Users can move freely between SWAG and other catalogs (such as Amazon or Terryberry Store) without re-login.
The cart, wishlist, and points balance remain consistent across all catalog tabs.
SWAG's Visibility
The SWAG catalog is only visible when enabled for the customer’s site configuration.
If your organization does not include SWAG in its recognition setup, the tab or button will not appear in the sidebar or Be Rewarded header.
