How do I access my Discount Card on the site?

If your employer/Scheme has its own Discount Card, you can locate it in your 'Wallet'. Click on the Wallet icon at the top of the home page and select the 'Discount Card' dropdown box to access your Card.  

Can I recommend an offer or discount?

Yes! You can email us your recommendations directly at customersupportuk@terryberry.com. Simply send us the name of your favourite venue(s) in your area and we will do our best to arrange a discount! Remember, we already have deals in place with major retailers such as ASDA, Sainsbury's, B&Q, etc, so check the website before sending your requests.

How do I delete my account?

We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your account, please contact customersupportuk@terryberry.com from the email address that you used to register and this will be actioned within 48 hours.

How do I access my Discount Card on the BeSaving App?

To access your Discount Card, download or update the BeSaving app for free on the Apple Store or Google Play and use the email address on your Saving Works Planning account to receive your login code. Top tip - If you're not sure what email address is on your Saving Works Planning account, please visit the 'My Account' section by clicking on the person icon at the very top of the page. Once logged in, you can locate your Discount/Vectis Card within the 'More' section or within your 'wallet' in the Discounts section.

How do I add, remove and view my Favourite offers?

Adding an offer to your Favourites is easy, just select the star icon on the relevant offer. To then remove it, simply click on the yellow star icon again and it will remove it from your Favourites. To view a list of your Favourites, simply click on the star icon at the top of the home page.
