Q: How do I make sure participants aren’t duplicated?
A: Apply your filters in the Filter panel, then click the Participants button to review your full selection before launch. Remove any test accounts or duplicates from the preview.

Q: What happens if the minimum group size isn’t reached?
A: For an attributed survey, results remain locked to protect anonymity. Increase the group size or wait until more employees respond.

Q: Can I change survey dates after launch?
A: You can extend or shorten the end date. To change the start date, you’ll need to unschedule first.
