Program Administrator (Terryberry Team)
The program administrator is the central figure responsible for running Be Saving.
- Owns overall scheme management.
- Configures benefit offerings, partner integrations, and eligibility settings.
- Ensures compliance with employer policies and vendor agreements.
Employer HR (Admin)
The HR or Benefits Lead connects the Be Saving Scheme to the wider organisation.
- Communicates program value to employees and drives participation.
- Access support material and analytics in the Terryberry HR Admin Portal via the ‘Admin’ option, visible to users with Admin permissions in the top right navigation.
- Coordinates with internal leadership tolign benefits with company culture.
- Reviews performance reports and adoption metrics to guide program improvements.
- Encourage adoption by highlighting relevant offers.
- Act as a first contact for employees needing guidance before issues escalate to support.

Employees (End Users)
Employees are the primary audience of Be Saving and the direct beneficiaries of its offerings.
- Register on the Benefits Hub.
- Explore and redeem savings opportunities—both online and in-store.
- Provide feedback that informs program development and partner selection.
Benefit Providers/Retail Partners
External providers and retail partners fuel the Be Saving ecosystem with offers.
- Supply the offers and discounts available within Be Saving.
- Collaborate with programme administrators to keep promotions accurate and up to date.
- Share performance data to help measure employee engagement and ROI.
